Thong:
For the rare occasions I need a thong, I also have the Retro thong. Surprisingly comfortable for a thong, it provides the coverage that’s essential for a postpartum pooch and is available in plus sizes.
Most Feels Like Going Commando: Spanx
Though my days of squeezing into traditional Spanx are behind me, they now offer a newer line called the Spanx UndieTectable collection that feels more like supportive underwear than shapewear. My favorite style comes in a variety of colors. However, I find the sizing runs small; I typically wear a medium but need an XL in this line to avoid muffin top.
