Cameron Brooks and Nathan Porter’s sons are certainly developing a sweet friendship, mirroring the strong bond their fathers share. The two families enjoy regular playdates, and it appears that one particular gathering left Nathan feeling quite emotional.
Nathan welcomed his son, Wyatt Morgan, in April, and Cameron, his close friend, was overjoyed at the news. “New life, new hope!” the Bravo star expressed on social media. “Wyatt, you couldn’t have arrived at a better time! I know someone who is eager to meet you!” Their sons’ friendship seems to be blossoming nicely.
During a recent episode of Cameron’s SiriusXM show, Nathan joined in to recount a delightful moment that occurred during one of their playdates. “The highlight of my week for the past couple of months has been bringing Ben over on the weekends for a little hangout with Wyatt,” Cameron shared.
However, he noted that initially, Ben showed little interest in baby Wyatt. “In the beginning, Ben didn’t want much to do with Wyatt or even acknowledge him, but I think last night marked a significant milestone, right?” Cameron asked Nathan.
Nathan confirmed and recounted the heartwarming exchange between the boys. “It was sweet because I was playing with them both, and Ben kissed Wyatt on the cheek and hugged him. It was so adorable; he did that a couple of times. My heart just melted!” Nathan expressed.
“Absolutely, we had a breakthrough with those two yesterday,” Cameron replied. Who’s got a tissue box handy?
Cameron has been sharing snippets of their growing friendship online. Recently, he posted a cute picture of them bundled up together at the playground, captioning it “Playground Dads!”
Keeping things lighthearted, Cameron also shared some shirtless photos of Nathan a few months back, joking, “In a normal year, I’d be on vacation with my buddy, teasing him with shirtless photos. But here we are in 2020, so I figured I’d just post them without asking—sorry, not sorry!”
Following Wyatt’s birth, the boys were introduced on Cameron’s show. “I thought it would be fun for them to meet right now,” Cameron told his audience. “Look, that’s going to be your good buddy Wyatt. If you like him half as much as I like his dad, you two are going to be great friends.” For more on related topics, check out our post on home insemination and for expert insights, visit Intracervical Insemination and CCRM IVF.
