Amanda Kloots, co-host of The Talk, is making the most of her COVID-19 quarantine after testing positive for the virus on February 24. While navigating this challenging situation, she has set her sights on an ambitious goal: potty training her 2-year-old son, Elvis. Kloots plans to implement a no-pants, three-day method during their time at home together.

“Taking this time at home with Elvis to start potty training!!!! Wish me luck as I run after a naked toddler for the next three days,” Kloots shared on Instagram. Thankfully, she is feeling well and is grateful for her health, attributing her peace of mind to being vaccinated and boosted.

Kloots explained her surprise at testing positive, noting that she had recently returned from a trip to Mexico and had tested negative before leaving and upon her return. This is her first positive COVID-19 test since the pandemic began. Notably, Kloots managed to complete a season of Dancing With The Stars without contracting the virus.

The fitness expert and former Rockette has faced considerable loss during the pandemic, having tragically lost her husband, Nick, to COVID-19 in July 2020. Since then, she has shared her experiences to raise awareness about the virus. Kloots hopes to return to The Talk soon, looking forward to a future that may be diaper-free.
