In a heartfelt Instagram announcement, pop sensation Jamie Lynn shared the joyous news of her pregnancy with fiancé Sam Carter on Monday. This revelation comes just months after she emerged from a challenging conservatorship.

The post featured a beautifully captured image of a pink coffee cup adorned with pink flowers. Jamie Lynn wrote: “I worked so hard to shed some pounds for my trip to Maui, only to find I’ve gained it back 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ … I thought, ‘What’s going on with my belly?’ My fiancé joked, ‘You’re just food pregnant, silly! 🤪’ So, I took a pregnancy test and, well … I’m having a baby 👶🏼.”

She added, “Just four days later, I realized I’m a little more food pregnant 🤰🏼🙈🙈🙈! It’s definitely growing! If there are two in there, I might just lose it 😬😬😬😬😬😬 … I won’t be going out much because the paps are already trying to cash in on my moments 💴📸. It’s tough because during my last pregnancy, I experienced perinatal depression, which was really hard 😔. Back then, women didn’t openly discuss it; some even thought it was dangerous for a woman to voice those feelings while pregnant. Thankfully, now we can talk about it freely 🤫😬😬😬. This time around, I plan to do yoga 🧘‍♀️ daily and focus on spreading joy and love 💕!”

Jamie Lynn has two children, Alex and Riley, who are now 16 and 15 years old. She shares them with ex-husband Kevin. Throughout her conservatorship, she expressed her desire for more children. In November, shortly after regaining control of her life, she shared a photo of a child reaching for something and expressed her hopes for a new baby, wondering if it might be a girl.
