  • Alabama: Mark your calendars for July 17-19, 2021. Eligible items include clothing, shoes, and school supplies (up to $50 each).
  • Arkansas: Head out on August 1-2, 2021, and enjoy tax-free shopping for accessories, school supplies, and textbooks.
  • Connecticut: Lucky residents will have a full week of tax-free shopping from August 16-22, 2021, with all clothing and footwear under $100 being tax-exempt (athletic gear is excluded).
  • Florida: This state’s tax-free weekend will be August 7-9, 2021, covering clothing, shoes, backpacks, and even computers up to $1,000.
  • Iowa: Get ready for August 7-8, 2021, when Iowa joins the tax-free weekend fun.
  • Maryland: A full week of tax-free shopping will occur from August 9-15, 2021.
  • Mississippi: Residents can take advantage of tax-free shopping from July 24-25, 2021.
  • Missouri: Expect a tax-free weekend on August 7-9, 2021, although some counties may choose to opt-out.
  • New Mexico: Set for August 7-9, 2021; similar dates are expected next year.
  • Ohio: Ohio’s tax-free weekend is also set for August 7-9, 2021.
  • Oklahoma: Join in on August 7-9, 2021, for tax-free shopping in Oklahoma.
  • South Carolina: Mark your calendar for August 7-9, 2021.
  • Tennessee: This year’s tax-free weekend is scheduled for July 31-August 2, 2021.
  • Texas: Gear up for August 7-9, 2021, for tax-free shopping in Texas.
  • Virginia: Join in on the savings from August 7-9, 2021.

Unfortunately, several states will not participate this year, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, and many more.
