The inspiration for this adorable shoot came from Emma’s close friend, Sarah, who was facing the heartbreaking reality of saying goodbye to her cherished dog, Max. “I visited them on the day Max was to be put down and took some photos so they could have a lasting memory,” Emma recounted. “As a dog lover, I understand the void that a pet leaves behind; it can be incredibly overwhelming.” My own family experienced a similar loss, which is why we quickly welcomed a new puppy into our home.
